Quality Statement

At J&B (Electrical) Contractors Ltd, our philosophy is to a total service focussed on quality of product, speed of service and value for money.

The management and staff are totally committed to customer satisfaction and our objective is to provide them with:

  • High quality products and services, which fulfil the specified requirements and are fit for purpose
  • An installation service, which fulfils their contract orders in the shortest practical time and in accordance with project schedule dates

To ensure that these objectives are met and to instil customer confidence, J&B (Electrical) Contractors Ltd will operate and maintain a quality system which satisfies the above policy statement and the requirements of Quality Model BS EN ISO 9001:2008

Through constant monitoring of our customers requirements and through regular management review we will ensure that their needs and expectations and our objectives are reflected by this policy and the procedures contained within our quality system.

J&B (Electrical) Contractors Ltd actively pursues an ongoing training policy so that staff can perform competently the wide range of tasks, which satisfy our customers. We recognise their needs and continuously develop and maintain a culture of high quality achievement so that we demonstrate our Quality Policy for complete customer satisfaction and our commitment to long-standing customer associations.

The management representative for quality, who has the delegated authority of executive management, will ensure that the requirements of this Quality System, which are mandatory for all staff and company subcontractors, are met.
